Just a note about having carplay enabled garage door openers. There is a security issue with that. By allowing carplay to open a garage door, any valet could conceivably open the garage door if ypur phone connects to carplay wirelessly. Perhaps if there was some kind of a geofencing setting on the carplay setting that would be fine but allowing anyone who is in your car to possibly have the ability to open a garage door remotely seems questionable.
After watching last week's Rose Bowl game, I can't help but feel Ara was vindicated!
