Alan Rickman is also really great in "Truly, Madly Deeply..." which is a pretty solid romantic (dark) comedy. Great date movie, actually.

How about Ed, the artist in "January Man?" I've always liked any character he's played - good or bad - although I usually squirm over his bad guys. That's why my vote is for Ed.
