Time to Cut the Cord? Here is one Listener's Story

Listening to your show, I've gotten a lot of ideas and motivation to seeif I could cut the cable and yet still provide my family with a variety of entertainment options.  Well, my local cable provider recently pushed me into it by killing off the analog channels and scrambling all of the digital channels, so that our two secondary cable-ready HDTVs could no longer function without a digital cable box.  To make matters worse, as compensation the cable company provided free digital tuner boxes that had only one type of AV output:  RF coax over analog Channel 3 or 4!!  That was definitely the last straw!

Tivo Premiere Review by HT Guys Listener Clayton Arnold
